The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the friendly staff made our stay even better as they always greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel at home. We especially loved how we could easily walk to attractions like the Freizeit Arena and Giggijochbahn, which were just a short stroll away, perfect for exploring the area with ease.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially enjoying the spacious Standard Double Room with a luxurious bathroom and a lovely balcony. The spa was top-notch, featuring a fantastic outdoor pool and a relaxing sauna. Just a heads up, breakfast could use a bit more variety day by day, but overall it didn’t take away from our wonderful stay! 🌟

The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor whirlpool with stunning views. The highlight was the five-course dinner, featuring a delicious Manchego ratatouille, truly the best I've had. However, the cold water in the jacuzzi was a letdown at times, and I experienced minor food issues one day. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making for an overall enjoyable time despite these minor setbacks.

Rooms failed to meet luxury expectations!!! Superior room positioned next to a nightclub, causing sleepless nights. Consistency in cleanliness needs improvement, with dirty sheets left unaddressed for days.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers excellent wi-fi, a beautiful indoor pool, and fantastic spa services. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost wallet on my first trip. The dining experience is wonderful too!
